I have been a member of the adjunct faculty at Parsons the New School for Design since 2010, Pratt Institute since 2012, New York University since 2014, and St. Joseph’s College since 2014. Prior to that I taught at Point Loma Nazerene University and San Diego City College in California. I teach on the undergraduate and graduate levels for courses including Web Design, UX, Digital Imaging, Graphic Design, Publication Design, Pre-Press and Production, Typography and Portfolio Design. And, I am now an Associate Professor of Art in Graphic and Interactive Design and Chairperson of the Art Department at Moravian University.
In 2013, out of the 48 proposals submitted, my proposal for a Collab Class at Parsons was one of the 10 accepted. Also, in 2007 & 2008, I was elected as Education Chairperson for the San Diego Chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts.
